Print Management (or 'PM') is a specialist service provided by a number of companies that saves customers time and money by managing their print through printers. There are three types of PM.
1. Free self-service PM

3. High-Cost PM
If you have a print spend of £10m or more, you may well need to use the high-cost print management service provided by a number of PM companies (H.H Associates, Access Plus, Williams Lea for example) where they will typically contract you in for a 3-5 year period and house a team in the host company to manage the service.
